This is probably the most worthwhile Mo's location. Same clam chowder, but you can add it to a nice visit to the park. I visited around lunch time on a Friday. There was enough parking. I toured the area for a bit and grabbed a bowl of chowder. Service was fast. There are seats inside and outside with a nice view.

A cool little spot, we came to see the devils punch bowl(or devils something ) and got the bonus of this tasty spot and catching some Wale sightings. You walk up and oder at the counter before sitting. We got a spread, cause we wanted to try it all, so worth it! Clam chowder was creamy and delicious and the fish and chips where on point, great sauce!
Mo's Seafood & Chowder is a cute little diner, It's right by the Devil's Punch Bowl. We got there a bit early, so we waited for it to open. But when it did, we went in, and it looked really nice inside. We sat down, and I got the clam chowder bowl for $8.95. You should totally check it out if you're ever at the Devil's Punch Bowl.
Convenient little place right by Devils Punchbowl. Got the breaded cod fish & chips. The fries were awesome, the fish was a little dry, overcooked. Service was there, just ok. Dining in the fresh open air on a warm day was nice.
The greatest advantage of this place is that you can warm up from the cold wind and sit in a cozy spot while enjoying the outside scenery. However, although MO’s Clam Chowder boasts a long tradition of being the best chowder, to be honest, it is just average. The taste varies between Newport, Florence, and other locations. The ratio of clams is not as good as when I cook at home, and instead of seasoning with the natural saltiness that comes from the main ingredients, they use more table salt, which always makes me very thirsty after having the soup. The price might seem a bit high, but considering the size and amount of the bowl, it is reasonable. With cheese bread on the side, it was enough for a lunch meal. It made me think it would be nice if they had draft beer on tap here.
Our family has been visiting the Oregon Coast and Mo's West at Otter Rock since the 80's, from WA, the Valley and as far away as Arizona! It's become a family tradition that now includes grandchildren and even a great grandchild. The last visit was very special as it was my daughter "Mo's", (short for Monique) birthday! It was a very special to meet here again as a family and share it with her teen age son, cousins and extended family! Great food, great service, amazing location and views and some of the best tide pools around as it is a preserve!! Also a very clean and sandy beach and hiking trails. It has everything! I am now a local, so am happy to be able to visit anytime! Thanks Mo's!!
Clam Chowder and Marion berry cobbler and shake was the best. Service made it special.
This is a place to stop on your way up (or down) the coast. When you're there, walk around to check out the Devil's Punchbowl (from the parking lot) and then head next door to The Flying Dutchman to enjoy a glass of wine with an incredible view from their wine garden.
